Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days in my studio. During busy periods (like holidays), please allow up to 5 business days before dispatch.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Portugal: 1–3 business days,
Europe: 3–5 business days,
United States: 5–8 business days.

These are estimated delivery times for the main destinations and do not include order processing time or any additional time required for customs clearance, where applicable.

 

Domestic Shipping (Portugal)

For national orders, I use Correio Azul. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

 

International Shipping

Shipping to the United States 

Good news! Shipping to the United States is back! I'm happy to share that shipping to the US is available again. I've put a new system in place to help ensure that applicable import duties and tariffs are taken care of before your order reaches you.

What does this mean for your order?

US orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning that applicable import duties and tariffs are calculated and paid in advance through the checkout process.

This means you won't have to worry about an unexpected bill for these duties when your package arrives, provided your order is processed under the DDP service.

What are tariffs?

Tariffs are import duties charged by the US government on certain goods entering the United States from other countries.

Since August 2025, the US has suspended the de minimis exemption for most shipments, meaning that low-value international orders are no longer automatically exempt from import duties.

These charges are not fees set by my shop. They result from US import regulations, and the applicable amount depends on the rules, tariff rates, product classification and country of origin determined by the US government.

How are these charges calculated?

I ship my orders through CTT, Portugal's national postal service, using Zonos, a platform integrated with my Shopify store.

Zonos helps calculate the applicable import duties and tariffs based on the products in your order and the relevant import requirements. These charges are collected in advance at checkout for shipments processed under the DDP service.

This allows me to offer a more transparent shipping experience, so you can see the applicable charges before completing your purchase rather than facing an unexpected customs bill on delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

 

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Following Brexit, shipping from Portugal to the United Kingdom is subject to different customs and import procedures.

Depending on your order and the applicable UK import rules, additional charges, such as import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling fees, may apply.

Where these charges are payable by the recipient, they are the buyer's responsibility. Any applicable charges and requirements depend on UK regulations and the handling of the shipment.

Please be aware that customs procedures may also cause delivery delays.

 

Shipping to Europe

For orders shipped within Europe, I use a tracked shipping service to help ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur.

 

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged in cardboard boxes or mailers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey and helping reduce the risk of lost packages. However, occasional delays or delivery issues can still happen due to postal services or customs procedures.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window or the tracking information hasn't been updated for a while, please get in touch with me. I'll be happy to check the tracking details and do my best to help you locate your parcel.
