Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (like holidays), please allow up to 5 business days before dispatch.
Domestic Shipping (Portugal)
For national orders, I use Correio Azul. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.
International Shipping
Currently, shipping to the United States is suspended due to the new tax regulations. In addition, my local postal service is not accepting U.S. shipments at the moment, as they are working on a new system to handle this.
For international orders, I use the fastest available tracked shipping option to make sure your parcel arrives safely. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but typically take 1–3 weeks. Please note that customs delays may occur.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged in cardboard boxes or mailers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service. However, if your order seems lost, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.
