💌 What’s your returns policy?
I accept returns on all non-customised items, in accordance with EU regulations. If something isn’t quite right, you can contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Please note: personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable.
✈️ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I currently ship within Europe and to selected non-EU countries, such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and European islands.
At the moment, I do not ship to the United States.
All orders are shipped from Portugal using tracked and fast shipping, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
For national (Portugal) orders, I also use fast tracked shipping.
📦 How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on the destination:
- Portugal: usually 1–3 working days
- Europe: usually 3–7 working days
- Non-EU European countries (e.g. UK, Switzerland, islands): usually 3–7 working days.
⏳ What’s your processing time?
Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons like Christmas or new product launches, it may take a little longer - up to 5 business days.
