Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

I will always provide the fast shipping option and tracking number.

The company that I work with is Correios de Portugal (CTT) with "correio azul internacional".

The estimate shipping times are:
Europe Union - 2 to 5 days
Europe non-EU and other countries - 5 to 10 days

 

NOTE: Realize that festive dates like Christmas month there are sometimes delays. And I (small business owner) can't do anything about it. I will always provide a tracking number to you for check where your order is.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately I do not accept returns. 

You can always contact me for any return question at artimesophiashop@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
A refund can only be requested if your order is lost. If the order does not reach its destination, the recipient (buyer) is asked to always check the tracking of their order to find out more information about it. If the order is stuck at a post office or customs station, it will be necessary to wait a maximum of 30 days before a refund can be made.
Festive dates like Christmas often give rise to these cases and I (Sofia Gomes, small business owner) have no control over this situation. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges
I don't accept exchanges.
