I'm thrilled to present my new bag collection, "Shine as You Are." Inspired by the Disney films "Wish" and "Inside Out 2," this collection highlights the importance of our feelings, emotions, and dreams. Each bag is not just an accessory, but a reminder of the powerful messages from these films, encouraging everyone to embrace their emotions and follow their dreams. ✨️
The Inspiration from the Films 💕
Wish teaches us that our wishes and dreams are the light that shines within us. They motivate us to live life more intensely and to always strive for something better. Often, other people try to steer us toward paths we do not wish to follow. This happened to me. I was always encouraged to pursue a path other than opening and continuing with my small shop. However, my greatest wish is to make others happy with my unique creations. I hope you create unforgettable memories with them because, like each one of us, they are unique. If I had followed a different path, I wouldn't be here today, creating beautiful things every day.
Inside Out 2 reinforces the importance of feeling and accepting all our emotions, whatever they may be. Although the film has not yet been released in Portugal, the message conveyed by Disney's marketing has already touched me deeply. This year, with the ups and downs of my small business, I have felt many emotions intensely. This new film made me realize that all emotions are valid and that it is essential to accept them, no matter how deep they are.
My Story 📖
I have always been told to "grow up" for loving the world of Disney and for collecting figures like "Funko Pops", Lego, etc... But what these people do not understand is that I do not want to let my inner child disappear. When that happens, as it does with most adults, we lose a bit of the magic of living. Our wishes and dreams are the light that shines within us, guiding us to live life more intensely.
No matter how much we try to explain our dreams to someone, no one will understand them as we do. So never give up. Even if things sometimes don't go as planned and there are many obstacles along the way, it's important to persevere. Everything good in life requires effort, and the sense of accomplishment at the end is incredible.
One of the biggest challenges I faced with the store was starting to make YouTube videos in English. I have never felt comfortable speaking English fluently, so before each video, I need to plan and rehearse what I will say, which sometimes delays my production schedule. But at the same time, it is a new tool that brings me closer to you, the reader, because you can see my daily life.
A Message of Perseverance 💌
The message I want to convey is one of perseverance and the importance of believing in your dreams, regardless of the obstacles. And never forget to be true to yourself, maintaining your identity and values. This is fundamental to our happiness and success as human beings.
